I wanted to create this space to document what my life actually feels like right now — not just the therapist version, or the polished version, but the version that's somewhere in between. The one that's walking every day. Thinking. Processing. Trying.
I’m on the road a lot these days. You could call me a digital nomad, though I’m really just someone who hasn’t quite landed yet. Some days it’s freeing. Some days, unsettling. But walking helps. Writing helps too.
This Substack is my notebook — for where I go, what I think about, what I’m working through, and how I show up for myself and others. It’s also a place to talk about how I integrate all of that into my work as a therapist.
I’ll be sharing the healing work I’ve done on myself, what keeps me mentally afloat most days, and how I keep learning to trust myself — especially when life gets heavy.
This isn’t a how-to. It’s a witness to the process.
